This is much like the fire brigade waiting for a fire in that the IT technician is waiting for a computer system to fail. The ByteSafe monitoring software completes a series of checks at regular intervals throughout the day 24/7 and in the event of a failure we are notified instantly. This enables us to head of problems before they escalate and often before they’ve even occurred. This means we may even know about the issue before you do!

It is our entry level agreement that monitors your systems and automatically keeps them safe. Prices start from as little as £25.00 per month for a workgroup network.

This agreement covers monitoring and auto patching. It even includes an amount for inclusive maintenance within a single monthly fee. Priced between Silver and Platinum agreements.

Our all-inclusive package. Onsite, remote and telephone labour inclusive. Cleansing of viruses is included. Installation of new equipment. Hardware, software and licencing asset management.
Using ByteSafe Take Control we’re able to remotely access your computer systems from our offices no matter where in the world you are. Remote support is often quicker and avoids the need for us to travel. This in turn results in lower costs to you.
